These terms apply to use of the YCX website and to consultation or collaboration around YCX digital marketing services. Project scope, fees, deliverables and timing are governed by the commercial agreement confirmed by both parties.

Services

YCX provides AI SEO(GEO), website development, Google SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content planning, performance review and related digital marketing consulting services.

Website information describes our service capabilities and does not guarantee any specific ranking, advertising result, platform exposure or business outcome.

Client Responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate, lawful business information, brand assets, account access and required approvals.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that text, images, trademarks, product information and case materials they provide may be legally used.

Deliverables, Approval and Changes

Deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, launch scope and support terms are defined by the proposal or agreement confirmed by both parties.

If project scope changes, both parties should confirm revised workload, fees and timing.

Intellectual Property

Brand assets and business materials provided by the client remain owned by the client or their rightful owners.

YCX retains its strategy frameworks, methodologies, templates and internal tools. Usage rights for final project deliverables are defined by the relevant agreement.

Platform Rules and Limitations

Google, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu and other platforms may change review, ranking, delivery and display rules at any time.

YCX provides services according to professional standards but does not promise absolute rankings, media costs, impressions or sales outcomes.
